  6. I would like to bring into notice that if any one is intrested for a midterm investment of 3 to 5 years then according to the 2013 mega plan ghaziabad is going to face a huge leap.properties worth 20 lakhs would cost 1.2 cr to 1.5 cr in the next 3 years.
